β What types of furniture do you clean?
We clean couches, sofas, sectionals, loveseats, armchairs, dining chairs, accent chairs, ottomans, mattresses, and box springs. We handle all fabric types including microfiber, linen, cotton, velvet, suede, and most leather types.
β How long does the cleaning take?
Most couch cleaning jobs take 1-2 hours. A full sectional may take 2-3 hours. Mattress cleaning typically takes 45-60 minutes. We’ll give you a time estimate when you book.
β How quickly will my furniture dry after cleaning?
Most furniture dries within 2-4 hours. We use high-powered extraction equipment that removes the majority of moisture during cleaning. Opening windows and turning on fans speeds up drying time.
β Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
Yes, absolutely. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic cleaning solutions that are completely safe for children and pets once dry. We never use harsh chemicals that leave harmful residues.
β How far in advance do I need to book?
We offer same-week availability across all 20+ Bay Area cities. For weekend appointments, we recommend booking 2-3 days in advance. For weekday appointments, we can often accommodate same-day or next-day requests.
β How much does couch cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the size and type of furniture, number of pieces, and level of soiling. Contact us for a free estimate β we’ll give you an accurate quote before any work begins. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
β Do you offer discounts for multiple pieces?
Yes! We offer package discounts when you book multiple pieces together β such as a couch + mattress or multiple chairs. Ask about our combo pricing when you call or book online.
β What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you’re satisfied with the results.
β How do I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule at any time with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Contact us by call, text, or email and we’ll take care of it immediately.
β Can you remove all stains?
We can remove the vast majority of common stains including food, wine, coffee, pet accidents, and more. Some set-in stains from dyes or bleach may be permanent regardless of the cleaning method. We’ll always be honest with you during the pre-inspection.
β What if I’m not satisfied with the results?
We stand behind our work 100%. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
β Do you clean leather furniture?
Yes, we clean and condition most leather furniture types including genuine leather, bonded leather, and faux leather. We use specialized leather-safe products that clean without damaging the material.
